Managed Service Provider

Hassle-Free IT through Outsourcing

Bring in a true professional when it comes to managing your IT.

“Let’s face it. Your current IT Service Provider profits when your systems are down – even though you are paying them to maintain your network. We operate on a different set of values. Our clients enjoy a fixed monthly fee that never fluctuates regardless of how many trouble tickets or problems you have. We can only profit when your customers don’t face IT disasters. Thus, out of necessity, we must go the extra mile to proactively manage, secure and improve your network to keep IT disasters at bay”

Interface Managed Service Provider (MSP) allows you to outsource four primary job responsibilities of your IT department:

  1. Server management
  2. Desktop Management
  3. Consulting for security monitoring and expansion/redesign of the existing infrastructure
  4. Low skilled requirements for hands on assistance with network equipment

Interface MSP allows you to outsource roles 1, 2, and 3 for unprecedented cost savings and improvement of technical skills by directly monitoring, managing, updating, and repairing your network.

  1. Server Service Plan: Windows Servers, SQL Servers, Exchange Servers, Citrix/Terminal Servers, and Web Servers – monitored and managed 24/7/365. Extensive Preventative Maintenance Services for Servers designed to eliminate 95% of Server errors before they happen. This service plan also eliminates the high-end, highly skilled technical employees required to monitor and maintain your current server infrastructure.

We will also remain personally involved with the structure and design of your network so we can quickly make recommendations for Adds, Moves, Changes to minimize any negative impact of such modifications on your existing network. By impact we mean identifying any incompatibility with existing infrastructures – training impact on staff – assisting in acquiring the best pricing for the new hardware/software purchases – if such purchases are required.

  4. Low Skilled requirements: We recommend that you identify one individual to act as the ‘hands on’ assistant at the clinic. This person will perform all duties in which physical contact with a local hardware device is required. Their Primary duties are as follows:
    1. Changing backup tapes
    2. Fixing printer and scanner issues
    3. Ensuring staff is physically connected to the network/Internet
    4. Managing 3rd-Party Vendor hardware 'break-fix' issues; i.e., call the vendor and coordinate their arrival for repair services.
    5. Physically installing new equipment and connecting it to the network
